FCL is the most cost-effective option per MT — freight is priced per container, not per kg. For regular buyers consuming 15+ MT per order, FCL is always the better choice.

Less than Container Load (LCL): For quantities under 3–5 MT, LCL consolidation is more economical than booking a full container. Your cargo shares a container with other shippers. LCL is ideal for trial orders, smaller supplement brands starting a new product, or buyers in markets with lower demand.
